Founded in 1987, Peppertree Ranch is backed with 21 years of industry experience. The ranch was built from the ground up by horse people for horse people and is an integral part of the equine community in Chatsworth.

Peppertree Ranch has well accomplished trainers that teach out of the facility and cater to to the english equestrian.

Our barn travels the following horse show circuits: Gold Coast, TVHSA, SFVHSA, LAHSA, PCHA, USAE, and the Flintridge Amateur and Childrens shows.

Located at Peppertree Ranch is Mellanie Thomas Training Stables. Mellanie Thomas has been in the equine business for over 20 years and has an experienced background in hunters and equitation. Mellanie's program is suited for both horse and rider and also has safe, seasoned lesson horses available. Her lesson program is very flexible for both school and work schedules and accommodates riders from the beginner level to the advanced. Mellanie Thomas travels the TVHSA show circuit and has many current champions in her training program. Please call or email for more information on lessons and training. 818-341-1395.
