December 2011
We are all enjoying this nice week of weather. Let's hope the rain stays away for a little while so we can get a lot of time in the saddle. Don't forget to turn out all of the lights if you are the last one at the barn in the evening. Thanks!
I hope you all are looking forward to the start of the holiday season. This is my favorite time of year! Don't forget the Chatsworth Holiday Parade is on Sunday, December 11. It is such a fun event to watch and we always have one or more equestrian friends participating in the parade. Get out your beach chair and head up to Devonshire Street.
Mellanie and I just returned from the rodeo and had a wonderful time! The competitors were amazing and it was full of thrills and unfortunately a few spills. Thankfully everyone was okay! A big thank you to Mellanie and Clive for inviting us up again this year! The rodeo will go through December 10, so remember to watch over the next couple days as the stakes get higher for these cowboys and cowgirls.
